To place an oder, the customer does not need an account regardless of this, having an account comes with benefits. Opening an account with us enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. All orders shipped to Canadian Provinces will be taxed depending on billing address. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when the order has been placed.

All orders within the Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Worldwide

Worldwide Shipping: Worldwide shipping available thought DHL and UPS. Contact Us for more information and quotes.

Orders placed are generally shipped the next day. Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Once the order has shipped, an email notification with the tracking information will be sent. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

When shipping outside of Canada, you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes or fees imposed by customs.

Northwest SCADA accepts returns within 30 days, 20% restocking fee may apply, buyer pays return shipping. Follow the link below to begin a return request. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days and carry the following terms.

  • Return shipping is at buyers expense
  • 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Proof of purchase (e.g invoice or receipt) required

After our returns department receives the item they will issue the appropriate refund

Northwest SCADA backs the products we sell with a 3 year warranty covers manufacturer defects, Buyer pays return shipping, Products damaged outside of listed specifications will be excluded. 
Our warranty surpasses most other companies warranty and exceeds most manufacture warranties of the products we sell.

ALL of our online products include a complimentary 3 year warranty with the following terms.

  • Product must have failed while operating within formal specifications or it will be handled as a repair
  • Purchaser must provide original purchase receipt
  • Return shipping is at buyers expense

Making a warranty claim:

  1. Go to return.northwestscada.com or contact usand our warranty & returns department will open a warranty case and collect any additional information required
  2. Return the affected item(s) to our RMA department at (Item must be returned with a copy of the purchase receipt)

  3. After our RMA department receives the item they will perform analysis to determine the cause of failure.
    If the cause of failure is determined to be within the warranty we will either repair or replace the product and ship it back to you at our expense.
    If the cause of failure is determined to be outside the warranty such as water damage on a device not specified for under water operation it will be handled as a repair.
