Northwest SCADA currently accepts the following payment methods. The customer will have the option to select the payment method when placing an order.

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) + 2.4% + $0.30
  • eTransfer – Save 2%
  • EFT, Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer – Save 2%
  • Cheque

Please Note: 

Your order will not ship until payment has been cleared by our accounting department.

Northwest SCADA reserves the right to hold any order from shipping until payment has been cleared by our accounting team unless prior arrangements have been made with our sales team.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation email make sure to check your spam mail and/or check that you email used at checkout is correct.

If your email is correct and it is not in your spam we suggest you contact us immediately so we can make sure your order is on time.

All orders within the Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

United States

All orders outside the Canada are shipped via Canada Post > USPS or UPS.

Free shipping conditions

We currently offer free shipping on the following brands

  • Victron Energy

All other products will require shipping charges in Canada and the United States.

Please note that if there is a mix of products in your cart you may see shipping charges for products that require shipping.

To make a purchase, simply select the items desired then add them to your shopping bag. Proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using Apple Pay, Android Pay or your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). Once the order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

To place an oder, the customer does not need an account regardless of this, having an account comes with benefits. Opening an account with us enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

All orders shipped to Canadian Provinces will be taxed depending on shipping address. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when the order has been placed.

Orders placed are generally shipped the next day. Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. Please Note: Bigger orders and/or Large item orders (ie. Solar Panels, Batteries) may be delayed up to 3 business days.

Once the order has shipped, an email notification with the tracking information will be sent. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

When shipping outside of Canada, you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes or fees imposed by customs.
