Northwest SCADA offers free return shipping to all Canadian customers or ship with your own carrier at your expense.

Feeling out a return is super easy and takes less the 5 minutes. Receive a shipping label package it up and send it on its way.

Northwest SCADA accepts returns within 30 days, 20% restocking fee may apply, buyer pays return shipping. Follow the link below to begin a return request. 

Returns are accepted within 30 days and carry the following terms.

• Return shipping is at buyers expense
• 20% restocking fee may apply
• Proof of purchase (e.g invoice or receipt) required

After our returns department receives the item they will issue the appropriate refund

Repairs

Northwest SCADA offers repair service for out of warranty products.

We are equipped to repair almost all of our products from the very worst of damage, if your product has suffered from electrical surge, water or physical damage theirs a good chance we can repair it at a fraction of the original cost.

The following terms apply to repairs

• Repaired items are warrantied for two years (Original warranty terms apply)
• Shipping to and from our repair shop is at buyers expense
